Cancelling an order
Due to the personalised nature of our products we offer free cancellations up until the point that production is commenced. Unfortunately after production has commenced we are unable to cancel your order. If your order is for non-personalised products a return can be setup once delivered.
SHIPPING POLICY
Burren Beaver is very proud to offer FREE delivery within the Republic of Ireland on all orders greater than €50. Orders less that €50 incur a flat rate shipping fee of €4.99. All orders are sent by An Post.
Tracking is included with every order.
RETURN POLICY
Non-personalised items can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please note we are unable to offer refunds on personalised products once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part. For non-personalised products, if the item is not as described or doesn’t meet the purpose it is intended for please get in touch, Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process.

In the very unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please send through a photo of the damaged product and we will organise a replacement.

Promo Codes
Promo codes can be applied on the payment page of checkout. Simply fill your cart with your items and apply your promo code in the designated field. Your grand total will immediately reflect the discount.
Promo codes apply to most of our products but may have some restrictions; these may be based on time frame, type of product, or brand. Please note, Promo codes can only be applied during purchase. Customer Service will be unable to honour any promotional code adjustments post-order. Discounts do not apply to gift cards and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
